Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nanshua, Inc. ("Pricendex," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Pricendex application (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash) or Google account identifier, and organization details you provide at signup.
• Shopify data: if you connect a Shopify store, the store domain, an access token, and the product/variant data (titles, prices) you choose to import.
• Billing information: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan status, and trial/renewal dates. We do not store your card number — Stripe processes and stores payment details directly.
• Competitor pricing data: the URLs you add to track and the prices we observe on those publicly available pages over time.
• Usage and analytics data: pages viewed, feature usage, and session recordings, collected via PostHog, and error/crash reports.
• Communications: emails we send you (undercut alerts, summary reports, account notifications) and support correspondence.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the Service: scraping tracked competitor pages, detecting undercuts, sending alerts, and executing auto-adjustment rules you configure.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional email (alerts, verification, billing, account notices).
• To monitor, debug, and improve the Service, including through session recordings and error tracking.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Information

We share information with the service providers that power Pricendex, and with no one else for advertising purposes:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Shopify — via the Admin API, to read your product data and write price updates you authorize.
• Browserbase — to run the automated browser sessions that check competitor prices.
• Resend — to deliver transactional email.
• PostHog — product analytics, session recording, and error tracking.
• Vercel — application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

Competitor price history is retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Account, billing, and tracked-product data is retained for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account (from the Account page) permanently deletes your organization's tracked products, competitor URLs, price history, and Stripe customer record.

5. Your Rights

You can access and correct most of your account data directly in the app. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page. You can opt out of product analytics and session recording at any time from the Analytics section of the Account page — see our Cookie Policy for details. We use cookies for authentication, remembering your selected store, and analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

8. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
